In the " Benefit amounts" module, you will see an annual overview of your target performance, billable and non-billable benefits.
Add the module "Benefit amounts" and delete the demo data. Now you can select the desired year from the drop-down list by clicking the "2021" button.
Module content - Benefit amounts
The bar chart shows you the benefit amounts for each month. They are broken down into:
dark-purple: all billable benefits in percent
light-purple: all non-billable benefits in percent
the expected Ratio in percent
The dashed reference line represents the target value.
If you move the cursor over the individual columns, a detailed view of all the employees' performances for that particular month appears.
In the detailed monthly view, all employees are listed. For each of these employees, the percentage of billable benefits and the percentage of total benefits are shown. This results in a total average value of the billable benefits and the total benefits in this month.
Above the graph are the percentages of billable and non-billable benefits, as well as the target performance over the entire year.
