Dashboard Module - Actual vs Planned

Compare your team’s planned and actual tracked project hours.

Updated over a week ago

In the "Actual vs Planned" module, you will see an overview of all your planned vs. actual tracked project hours.

Add the module to the Dashboard and you can select the desired time frame from the drop-down list by clicking the "All Time" button.

Module content - Actual vs Planned

The bar chart shows you the actual vs the planned hours of all projects for a specific time frame and if there is an underplanning or overplanning.

  • blue line: actual tracked hours of all projects

  • orange line: planned hours of all projects

  • blue area: underplanning

  • orange area: overplanning

If you move the cursor over the chart, a tooltip appears, which displays a detailed view of all projects over a specific time frame. For each of these projects, the planned and the actual tracked hours and their difference in an absolute and percent value are shown.

In the upper left corner of the module you will find the total sum of all actual tracked and planned hours over the whole time frame, that you have chosen. You can also see at a glance the offset between those values as an absolute value and in percent (underplanning, overplanning).

In the upper right corner you can select the time frame, you want to have displayed via dropdown, switch between an hour and amount chart view and duplicate or remove the module from the Dashboard.
