In this module you get an overview for a specific project. Here you can add a single project, you can also switch between individual projects at any time or create additional modules for different projects. So you never lose the overview of your projects.

Select project
Add the "Project extended" module and select the desired project from your existing projects in the drop-down list.
Via the module context menu you can edit, evaluate, plan, complete a project or additionally display the time entries. Here you also have the possibility to duplicate the module "Project extended", to display demo data or to delete the module from your dashboard.
Note: As an admin, you can also bill the project via the context menu.
Display details of projects
You can easily select which 3 KPIs should be visible in your module. To do this, click on the top right in the area of the respective KPI and you can select, for example, between Billable, Performance, Remaining time, Working time, Effort, Time entries, Expenses, Billed, Remaining budget, Costs, Planned amounts, Planned hours or Next milestone. This procedure is the same for all 3 KPIs. The set KPIs remain saved for the module, but you can change them at any time.
Note: The selection options of the KPIs are project-dependent.

Budget development
The line chart below the 3 KPIs shows you the project progress with deliverables and costs of the last 6 months.
the red dashed reference line shows the total budget for the project
the blue line shows the actual costs
the green line shows the monetary benefits
If you move the cursor over the months in the graphic, the values are displayed month-specifically.
Team availability
In the right corner of the module you can see the team working on this project. When you move the cursor over the team members, their names will appear.
There is a compact version of the "Project extended" module. With this module you can keep track of the 2 most important project KPIs and the availability of your project team.
