Dashboard - Overview

Get to know the simplicity of the dashboard.

Updated over a week ago

Depending on the user role, you can see the current status of projects, your company's sales, team activities and your own activities on the dashboard.

This article explains which modules are available to you (depending on the user role) and how you can create your individual dashboards and add and remove modules on them.

In the following short video you will get an overview of the four most important KPIs.

Manage dashboards

Create a dashboard

You can create additional dashboards via the "+" button. In total, you have the possibility to design 10 dashboards individually according to the modular principle, so you always have your personal most important KPIs in view. Creating multiple dashboards helps you to take on different roles and perspectives (e.g. as employee and project manager). For example, you can also create a separate dashboard for each project/customer, so that you always have an overview of the most current status.

Duplicate a dashboard

When you move the cursor over the "Dashboard" button, three dots appear. Click on them and you can duplicate your dashboard. Your duplicated dashboard will now contain the same modules.

Rename a dashboard

If you move the cursor over the "Dashboard" button, three dots will appear. Click on them and you can rename your dashboard. It is a good idea to name the dashboards after project or customer names.

Delete a dashboard

When you move the cursor over the "Dashboard" button, three dots will appear. Click on them and you can delete your dashboard. Deleting the dashboard will also delete all associated dashboard modules.

Manage modules

Add a module

Click the "+ Module" button in the Metabar to add the desired module to your Dashboard.

You will now be taken to the module selection page.

In the module selection all available modules for your user role are displayed. If you click on a module, a small preview of this module will appear on the right side. If you want to add the selected module to your dashboard, click on the "Add module" button in the upper right corner.

Add as many modules to your dashboard as you like. It is also possible to add modules multiple times. You can delete the modules from your dashboard at any time.

Arrange a module

You can easily drag and drop individual modules onto the dashboard, so you can always focus on what's most important.

Now you will learn basic functions that are available for each module. Note that there are also module specific actions. You can find information about them in the explanations of each dashboard module. (see "Related articles" at the bottom)

Delete Demo Data

If you have added a module to your dashboard, you will automatically see demo data.

You can now remove this demo data by moving your cursor over the blue "Demo" field (located at the top center of the module). This will then change into the red "Delete Demo" field and with one click your personal data will become visible.

Duplicate a module

Click on the three dots in the right corner of the module and you can duplicate your module. Two identical modules are now visible on your dashboard.

Show demo data

Click on the three dots in the right corner of the module and you can display the demo data again.

Delete a module

Click on the three dots in the right corner of the module and you can delete your module. It will no longer be visible on your dashboard.

Note: A requirement for duplicating and deleting modules is that the demo data has been deleted beforehand.
