With the "My Week" module, you can track all information about the current week, such as your working hours, project planning, vacation status, and events such as milestones, absences, and birthdays. It also shows you at a glance the team members you are working with during the week.
Note: The "My Week" module is available to every CoffeeCup user role.
Section Feed
In your feed, absences (vacations, absences, home office, etc.), birthdays, and project milestones are displayed for each day of the week. It gives you an overview of what is happening and planned for this week.
Move the cursor over the individual days of the week and a more detailed view of the events of the respective day will open. By clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner you can easily set which events (birthdays, absences, own milestones, all milestones, holidays) should be displayed in your feed.
Section Users
To help you quickly find your way around the week, you will be shown the team members you will be working with.
When moving the cursor over the team members, their names appear.
Section Project planning
Here you can see your planning quota of the individual projects for the current week.
This quota is displayed in a circle diagram. For each project, in the center of the circle, you can see how many hours you are scheduled to work on it. The diagram shows how much of this planned time you have already spent. The remaining time is indicated by the green color. If you move the cursor over the diagrams, a detailed overview of the times appears in the tooltip.
Section Time Tracking
Here you can see the hours currently worked out of your total weekly hours.
The green fields show your already tracked working hours. The uncolored fields show the hours you still have to work, so that your total weekly working time is fully used. If you move your cursor to the top left of the clock, a list of the recorded time on the different projects will appear in the tooltip.
If you move the cursor to the top right, "Show time entries" appears. With one click you will get to the "Worktime" menu, where you can continue your time tracking.
Section Vacation
As a little motivation, the module shows you a countdown to the next well-deserved vacation.
The dark blue fields show your remaining vacation quota. The light blue fields show the upcoming, already booked vacation and the gray part represents your total vacation quota.
If you move the cursor over the field, "Request vacation" appears in the upper right corner. With one click you get to the menu "Planning" and can easily apply for vacation.
Here you enter your supervisor, the type and duration of the absence and, if you wish, a comment. Now click on "Request vacation". Now your supervisor has to approve the request. Once your supervisor has approved the request, it will appear in your working hours.
