Learn how to connect HubSpot with CoffeeCup.

The HubSpot extension enables linking CoffeeCup projects with deals in HubSpot and displaying project metrics in the deal.

Required Permission: “Admin”

Setup in CoffeeCup

To connect HubSpot with CoffeeCup, go to Settings, select Extensions, and click on the HubSpot tile.

Then, click the Connect button.

Follow the prompts in the window to connect to an existing HubSpot account.

If you have multiple accounts, choose the one you want to connect and confirm the connection.

Close the window once you see the successful connection message.

The HubSpot integration window will now display connection details:

  • Connected HubSpot instance

  • Connected HubSpot user account

  • Connection date


Connect a Project to a Deal in HubSpot

Open existing integrations in HubSpot and add the CoffeeCup app to your deals.

  • The CoffeeCup app should now appear under Integrations in HubSpot.

  • In the app’s options menu, select Go to Settings.

  • Follow the prompts to add the CoffeeCup Project Analytics card to the desired deal views in HubSpot.

Link the CoffeeCup Project to a HubSpot Deal

  • Open the CoffeeCup HubSpot app in the deal.

  • Click the Link Project button.

Select the appropriate project from the dropdown menu

The CoffeeCup project is now linked to the HubSpot deal, displaying the project KPIs from CoffeeCup.

Connect a Project with a Deal in CoffeeCup

In addition to linking a CoffeeCup project with a HubSpot deal via HubSpot, you can also establish the connection directly in CoffeeCup.

To do this, open the project analytics of the project you want to link, and click on “Connect Deal” in the HubSpot module.

Next, select the appropriate HubSpot deal.

After selecting the deal, it will be linked to the project, and you will see the phase, amount, and deal owner from HubSpot displayed.
