In this video we explain you, how you can easily import your HubSpot deals into CoffeeCup.
Note: The import process works the same with every CRM tool with a connection to Zapier.
Create a new deal in Hubspot
Click in your Hubspot account on deal and then on "Create deal" to create a new one. Fill in some facts for this deal, like the deal name, the name of the company, the amount, the close date and the stage. For example Appointment scheduled.
When you have added all the data simply click on "create".
By changing the stage of the deal a new project in CoffeeCup will be automatically created. For example: By changing the stage from "Appointment scheduled" of the deal to "Decision maker bought-In" a new project with the data of the deal will be automatically created in CoffeeCup.
In CoffeCup you can work now with this project as usual.
Note: You can choose individually in which stage it should happen.
