Transfer projects from Salesforce to CoffeeCup

In this video we will explain how you can easily import your Salesforce opportunities into CoffeeCup.

Attention: You need at least the Zapier "Starter Plan".

Note: The import process works the same with every CRM tool with a connection to Zapier.

Create a new opportunity in Salesforce

To create a new opportunity in Salesforce, click on "Opportunities" and then on "New". Fill in the required fields, such as the name, account name, amount, close date, and stage. For example, "Prospecting" may indicate 10% profitability.

Once you have entered all of the necessary information, click "Save".

When the stage of the opportunity changes, a new project is automatically created in Coffeecup. For instance, if the stage of the opportunity changes from 10% (Prospecting) to 75% (Proposal/Price Quote), a new project containing the opportunity data will be created in CoffeeCup.

Note: You can choose the stage in which it should happen individually.

You can now work with this project as usual in CoffeCup.
