CoffeeCup needs your company's billing address and billing information to create an invoice and your payment data.

In order for CoffeeCup to be able to invoice you, we need your company's billing information. Therefore, as the managing director, you must enter this data. You can also view all details of your company at a glance, including tax identification number and address.

Note: Only the admin will see the submenu "Billing" in the settings.

You can find the submenu "Billing" in the menu bar under "Settings".

Subscription, Seats & Billing Data

Subscription

Click on "Change Subscription" and you can choose between a monthly or a yearly billing.

Seats

Click on "Change number" and you can easily add more seats or reduce some.

Billing and Payment Data

Click on "Edit billing details" and you can fill in all your invoice data as billing address, billing Email and your company VAT number. Your billing address includes company name, contact person, contact information and address.

Click on the button "Enter your payment data" and you can choose between the two payment types Credit Card or SEPA Direct Debit.

Finally, press the "Save" button.

Invoice History

In this area all your CoffeeCup invoices are listed with their invoice number, the date the amount and the status paid/open.

It is also possible to download your invoice as a PDF file by clicking on the download symbol next to the status.
