Here you will learn how to use the employee analytics correctly.

Updated over a week ago

In the team board you will find core data and general information about you and your employees.

Note: Employees and project managers can only view their own employee analytics, while the admin can analyze the core data, performance, hours worked, salary history and general information of each team member.

To access the employee analytics, click on "Team" in the menu and then on the employee.

The "Employee Analytics" is structured into these four areas:

  • Overview (hours and performance)

  • Documents

  • Statistics

  • General information

Overview (hours and performance)

The employee's important core data includes name, job title, remaining vacation, weekly hours and the start date of employment.

Note: The "Admin" additionally gets the gross annual salary, the hourly rate, sales, profit, costs and the profitability of an employee displayed at the core data.

Hours:

In this module the actual and the expected worktime are displayed. You get also a good overview of your overtime balance of the current year, that implements the carryover from the last year, the overtime from the current year and if there are overtime reductions of this year.

Performance:

This module displays the employee's total effort and cost for a given year. The effort is divided into budgetary and extra-budgetary effort and the costs include the salary and overtime deduction.

Note: Only the Admin role sees the Performance module.

Documents

Important documents concerning the employee, such as contracts or sick notes, can be stored in this area.

Statistics

The statistics are divided into these three areas:

Performance:

The "Performance" module gives you the turnover and profit of your employee with the help of bar charts. You can see the total turnover and how much is in budget and out of budget. By hovering over the month, the month specific data is displayed. In the metabar you can select the year you want to display.
