Click on "Clients & Projects" in the menu bar and go to the project board.
You can add a new client by clicking on the "+" in the upper right corner.
A mask will now open in which the following client information can be found:
General
Enter the company name or individual name of your client. A code will be generated, which you can still modify. If your client has a website, enter it here. Enter the standard billable hourly rate for the client. If you want you can add a picture and a comment here and enter tags for the client.
Contact person
Here you fill in who your contacts are at the client and add details such as address, phone number and email address. This way you can centralize the knowledge in your company and enable other employees to contact the customer, for example, if you are prevented from doing so.
Click on "Add new entry", fill in the necessary data of the contact person and save it.
Documents
Here you can store important documents concerning your client, e.g. contracts, ...
