Time Tracked Scoring System

Accuracy of time entries, enable and disable accuracy

Updated over a week ago

The accuracy index of time entries provides information about how close in time a time entry was tracked on the respective day. If a time entry is tracked on the same day, it has a higher index than an entry that was tracked or changed days later.

Note: Subsequent modification of another employee's entry, such as by project managers when checking timesheets, has no effect on the accuracy index.

There are 4 accuracy indices:

  • 3 stars - The entry was created or modified on the same day or within 12 hours thereafter

  • 2 stars - The entry was created or changed within 12 hours to 36 hours after this day

  • 1 star - The entry was created or modified within 36 hours to 72 hours after that day

  • Unknown - The entry was created or modified more than 72 hours after this one

Accuracy index display

The accuracy index can be viewed either in the weekly overview of worktimes or in the timesheet validation. The index is displayed in the lower left corner of time entries.

Activation/deactivation of the accuracy index

The accuracy index can be disabled or enabled in the account settings:

Einstellungen -> Allgemein -> Arbeitszeiten
